Data Deletion Instructions

Submit a deletion request

Email tien@headbangermarketing.com with the subject Data deletion request.

Include only the information needed to find the relevant record:

• your name and preferred contact email;
• the Facebook Page, business, advertising account, client, or campaign involved, if known;
• the email address or telephone number used on a lead form, if applicable; and
• a short description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send a Facebook password, access token, payment-card information, or unnecessary identity documents.

Identity and authority verification

Before deleting information, we may take reasonable steps to confirm you are the person concerned or are authorized to act for that person or business. This may include confirming control of a known email address, matching limited information in the record, or confirming administrator authority over the relevant Meta business asset.

We request only the verification information reasonably needed for the risk and scope of the request. If we cannot verify identity or authority, we will explain what else is needed.

What we will do

After verification, we will identify personal information under Headbanger's control that falls within the request. As applicable, we will:

• delete or de-identify contact and support records that are no longer required;
• delete or de-identify Meta-derived lead data in Headbanger-controlled trackers or workflow records;
• remove retained app authorization mappings, user identifiers, or Meta Platform Data that are no longer required;
• revoke or disconnect Headbanger-controlled app access where appropriate; and
• ask the relevant service provider or responsible client to complete deletion where it controls the information.

Disconnecting the app stops future access through that authorization. It does not delete records held independently by Meta, a client, or another third party. You may also remove the Headbanger Marketing app or business integration through Meta settings and use Meta's privacy tools for information controlled by Meta.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within 30 days. Our response will confirm the action taken, explain information needed to verify or complete the request, or identify a permitted exception or extension. If another organization controls the record, we will explain that and, where practical, direct or forward the request appropriately.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to:

• comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or resolve a dispute;
• detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• keep a minimal record that a deletion request was completed; or
• preserve information that temporarily remains in protected backups until overwritten in the normal cycle.

Retained information is limited to the permitted purpose, protected from unrelated use, and deleted or de-identified when that purpose ends. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained.

This is Headbanger Marketing's public data-deletion instructions page. We do not currently use an automated Meta data-deletion callback. Requests under these instructions are handled by email.
